My journey, from training to fighting to coaching.

My journey into combat sports began in my teenage years, when a friend and I decided to try a session at our local Muay Thai gym. What started as a simple hobby quickly developed into a genuine passion. With the support and guidance of my team at Super Fire Gym, I transitioned from training to competing and coaching, and the sport gradually transformed my life in profound ways.

I have since competed, trained at the renowned Tiger Muay Thai, home to multiple world champions, and earned certification from the British Martial Arts & Boxing Association (BMABA). I’ve worked with beginners and seasoned athletes alike, and I currently coach at Super Fire Gym, where I run classes and help prepare fighters for competition. These experiences have equipped me with extensive knowledge that I’m committed to sharing with others.
Like many, I initially turned to Muay Thai to lose weight after reaching 95kg during secondary school. By setting small but consistent goals, first losing weight, then preparing for my first fight, eventually coaching my own class, I built confidence, discipline, and a deeper knowledge of the sport.

I understand that stepping into a gym for the first time can feel intimidating, but I strongly believe martial arts should be accessible to everyone, regardless of fitness level or experience. My mission is to make combat sports approachable and enjoyable for all. Whether your goal is to get fit, try something new, or develop a deeper understanding of the sport, I’m dedicated to providing a personalised experience to help you succeed.
